Evergreen Overlook was renovated with intention — natural materials, calm palettes, and a layout that lets a large group spread out comfortably. Wood ceilings and walls of glass pull the forest inside, and the lower level is a world of its own.
The interiors were designed by Ninze of Long Weekend, an interior designer and neighbor just up Hunter Lake Road, whose warm, collected style shapes every room.
Every detail is here so you can simply arrive: a stocked kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, and a gym, sauna, and hot tub for when you want them.

Three bedrooms across two levels sleep six: an upstairs king suite with its own bath, a main-level queen with forest views and a writing desk, and a twin room with western light. Quality linens and true mountain quiet in every one.
